• Any active Member of the Bastrop Fine Arts Guild, with current dues paid, may sign up for any of the venues.
• You do not have to exhibit at the Gallery to show at these venues.
• Venues and dates will be available on the website. Contact coordinator to confirm the date that you want or any changes.
• Alternative venues coordinator keeps track of the list and sends out information, procedure and contacts for each venue that you are scheduled for.
• A reminder will be sent one month prior and then a one week prior to your scheduled exhibition in these alternate venues. This will give the previous artist time to contact you in order for the two of you to switch out exhibits and to contact the venue to set up a date and time to do so.
• Shows are for a two (2) month period. Please try to coordinate the removal and hanging of your artwork within 2 days of each other.
• Ten (10%) percent of all sales go to the Guild.
• Each artist is responsible for their own show at these venues, including hanging, removing, publicity and advertising.
• Do not change any wall mountings at these venues; please use what is provided.
• All artwork must have Guild cards on them with title of artwork, medium and price. Cards may be picked up at the Gallery.
• All shows are hung at your own risk. The venues are not responsible for damage to or loss of artwork.
• Please send a letter size information sheet with artist contact information and several photos representing your artwork that can be shown to people when exploring new venues.
