New Requirement: Artists submitting or donating artwork MUST be members of the Guild and MUST contribute a minimum of 2 hours volunteer work toward the Gala. All artists participating in either the Silent or Live Auctions are EXPECTED to attend the Gala. Guild members attending the Gala (even if bringing a guest) MUST contribute a minimum of 2 hours volunteer work toward the Gala.
SILENT AUCTION: Goal – Minimum of 20 pieces of original or print art
$50 or above retail value
50/50 split of proceeds to artist and Guild
Well matted and framed (if applicable)
Artist may set a minimum starting bid
Each artist may donate only one piece and must provide appropriate display
Submit official donation form and typed artist bio by March 21, 2008 (Posted on website &
available at Gallery)
LIVE AUCTION: Goal – Minimum of 20 jury-selected pieces of original or original print* art
$200 or above retail value
50/50 split of proceeds to artist and Guild
Well matted and framed (if applicable)
Artist may set a minimum starting bid
Each artist may submit two pieces for consideration by the Jury Committee
Each artist selected for the Live Auction must provide appropriate display
Submit official entry form and typed artist bio by March 10, 2008 (Posted on website &
