Plans programs and demonstrations for membership meetings.

      Gala:

Coordinates the Spring fund-raiser for the Guild, forms subcommittees for the various jobs needed and gets member volunteers, auctioneer, and judges for the juried part of the Gala.

Lost Pines Art Festival:

Coordinates the Fall Art Show and Sale for the Guild, forms subcommittees for the various jobs needed and gets member volunteers, vendors, and entertainers for the event.

Fundraising:

Develops finance council to support Guild exhibits and activities, plans and implements special fundraising events, applies for foundation grants and public funds, develops recommendations regarding a Guild owned and operated gallery.

Is responsible for press communications, press releases, magazine articles, printed
materials for the Guild and its activities.

Gallery:

Maintains physical space, sets days and hours of operation, maintains gallery curators and docent schedules. Hangs and rotates exhibitions. Develops gallery and exhibition guidelines. Plans and coordinates gallery exhibitions. Sends out a featured artist schedule one year in advance for artists to apply for their first and second choices.
